At The House of 4038, each item is made-to-order through our fulfillment partner. This ensures premium craftsmanship and reduced waste β but it also means returns work differently than traditional retail stores.

π RETURN POLICY
Because all items are printed or embroidered on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
Wrong size ordered
Buyerβs remorse
Color preference
Change of mind
To avoid sizing issues, please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.
β DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / MISPRINTED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

π« NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:
Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
Accessories
Home goods (pillows, wall art, etc.)
Customized or personalized items
π ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Because fulfillment begins quickly (often within hours), please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order. We will do our best, but cancellations are not guaranteed.
π΅ REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued if:
The item is damaged
The print quality is defective
The wrong item was received
A replacement is not possible
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
π¦ LOST PACKAGES
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate.
If the carrier confirms it was lost, we will:
Issue a replacement or
Issue a refund
Packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received are handled case-by-case.
ποΈ EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges due to sizing or color preferences. Each item is produced individually on demand.
